Email for Board of Directors
I have been dealing dell from November ever since I ordered my XPS 15, I really don't know where to go now other than telling them my issue, or get a refund for my laptop. Highly disappointed with dell.

As far as I am aware there are no direct emails to any of the board of directors. You can Google Michael Dell and see if he has an email address you can send to, but to be honest any email address you get a hold of will most likely be monitored by someone else.
