DRP (Dell Reward Points) completely expired too early

According to my account "reward history" all my DRP (Dell Reward Points) has been expired, even though they still had months of validity left on the earliest portion of the total balance.

Even DRP awarded on the 17th July shows expiry date 15th July so I'm not sure they were actually expired on the

15th.

The DRP was obtain from Dell Rewards spin the wheel game and Alienware Arena by purchase and rewards.
