DP World delivery dates, UK order

I have a laptop on order. Dependent on which piece of info I believe this laptop could have been delivered yesterday (it wasn't), it could be pending a delivery date, or it could be delivered tomorrow - a date which I am ordered to be at home by the rather terse email. I cannot be at home but I am told the date cannot be changed. In the meantime, following any tracking link to DP World sends me to a meaningless page which says they haven't got my parcel yet. Help!
