Does USA warranty valid in Türkiye?

I bought a laptop from the US during a trip. Upon returning home, it malfunctioned twice. The first time, the motherboard was replaced, and the second time, the battery. However, the problem persists. I requested a replacement from Dell Turkey, but they told me I wasn't eligible for a replacement because I bought the device abroad. Having purchased this device from the US, am I eligible for a replacement in Türkiye? Is this covered by Dell's international warranty?

No it isn't.  Repair is the only option -- you cannot have a system replaced that you've imported yourself.

When I bought the device, I asked if it had an international warranty. I was told it did. So, it turns out it didn't. All the laptops I've ever purchased have been Dell. I've bought laptops abroad before, but this is the first time I've needed service. I thought Dell was a good brand that stood behind its products. So, I was wrong. My next computer probably won't be a Dell. Other brands offer this service anyway.

There are two separate issues.

First, there is no such thing as an international warranty on a Dell system.  Some warranties will transfer internationally;  others will not - but you need to transfer ownership to Turkey.

Replacement of a system is a separate issue.  It generally requires three failed repairs for the same issue, with one big caveat:  if the system was purchased in the US, replacement is possible only in the US.  Systems exported by the buyer are not covered.

See the terms of sale you agreed to with your purchase here, paying particular attention to #11.

@ejn63 First of all, thank you so much for your interest. As I said, brand offers this warranty. No need to buy a Dell...
