Does Dell actually have anyone at tech support?

I filed a support request on line on April 8 2025, followed up 9 days and 14 days later and still have not gotten any response. My Alienware laptop, which is almost 1 year old has a faulty key on the keyboard. The warranty runs out at the end of this month. I called the number of our account rep at Dell, and it goes straight to a message that says there is no voice mailbox on his phone and to call back later.
