Disappointing Experience

 

Since I have purchased the Alienware laptop nothing has worked properly with the laptop. Service order after service order and still not working properly. 

 

Now, the screen all of a sudden is not working. I am more than disappointed with Alienware and dell. I thought your products are reliable but it turns out it is the opposite. 

 

Is there anything you can do for this rubbish of a product to compensate for this terrible experience. 

 

Please note I have talked to Australia customer service and they referred me Oman customer service as I am currently in Oman, and I still haven't heard from them.
