DHL, Dell complaints
Dell hired DHL for shipping within Europe but takes a hands-off approach to any responsibility for finding packages. They also will not provide the actual DHL tracking number or any contact at DHL for support. It is now the 6th day I have taken off of work because my 4000€ desktop shows that it will be delivered today. I have called support 4 times, but after 20 minutes on hold they disconnect me. I have 3 support tickets, each of them told me they would be back in touch within a few hours, it is nearly a week and none of them have been in touch. The only success I had was messaging Dell on Instagram where they did reply and said they escalated the case to their logistics team which would be in touch shortly. It has been a week and they give that same answer everyday. I asked for information on how to register a complaint and they will not provide the information. This is my last resort, to post on this customer care forum to let you know that Dell does not care about customers.
