DellStore India no acknowledgment of cancelled order, not answering phone, no info on refund
I placed an order for a Dell monitor yesterday, I assumed it was dell.com but I had been redirected to DellStore India and it was this site where I had made account and placed my order, paying with UPI. This morning upon reviewing my receipt I realised that the shipping address is not my default shipping address, but my billing address which is different. When I checked order status, it said 'Order Processing', so I cancelled the order because dellstore refund policy clearly states that orders not yet shipped can be cancelled. When I cancelled the order, the screen read 'Your Order has been cancelled'. However I received no emails acknowledging that my order has been cancelled. When I login to my dellstore india account and check status, it reads I have not placed any order. I emailed customer support, I called their number 1800 212 1520, to no avail. When I called from the phone number on my order, the call was cut-off immediately without even reaching a pre-recorded menu, but when I called from a different phone number they asked to wait as all their customer care people were busy. I waited holding the phone for several minutes then the call was automatically disconnected. How to get my refund? I had placed the refund request just today, but the lack of communication and difficulty to reach their customer care is making me anxious and suspicious. Please help.

Thanks for communicating with dellstore on my behalf. I received my refund yesterday.
