Dell's process is to find ways to not support you by closing cases, hanging up on calls, sending you in circles, fake chat

Well my experience with Dell has sure been poor, and I have 4+ closed cases to prove it. First, the items shipped were delayed yet they want to hold that against my warranty time. Second, the items that arrived were in boxes barely taped shut, one monitor was DOA. Third, the tower I purchased that was quite expensive flashes and tickets before it improperly shuts down and blue screens, and getting ANY help has been a complete nightmare. I filed a dispute with paypal and Dell response was, just return and it and we'll refund, yet they won't let you return it. I tried to explain I have a dispute, I shared all the cases and chats I have on file, but Dell would rather send you in circles until they make an excuse that you have no warranty.  They also won't let your review the products your purchased to even share a poor experience, all around poor experience.
