DellPay is horrible

I purchased a dell laptop from dell outlet. They offered a DellPay account to spread over 12 months without any interest. Now in the first month I received a statement that includes $11 interest + $2 statement fee that I can avoid by paperless statement. I immediately sensed someting wrong in the whole thing, these are type of credit card companies that tell lies and adds hidden charges. After I sensed that what they are trying to do, I paid the full amount. Now they send me another statement to pay $7.18 as interest on the original purchase when I have paid the whole statement amount. Dell should be ashamed to offer such credits through commenity bank. It will hurt dell's outlet business soon. As a reputable company Dell should avoid association with this kind of Credit Card companies.
