Dell won't process my purchase

Dell won't process my purchase. 

It's been over a week now and my purchase is stuck in the dell system. 

Although they are texting me, the system apparently doesn't recognise my mobile number (a number I have had for almost 30 years) and doesn't recognise my address,  a home with its own separate post code and been standing for well over 300 years.

They keep telling me to wait for 24-48 hours

So I'm now looking at Acer and HP
