Dell will not take back double shipment

On April 31st I ordered Item Number A1234086 StarTec.com 22U 36in Knick-Down Server Rack Cabinet Order number <Your private information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. I order only 1 ea however the website changed it to 2,  and would not let me cancel the order. I have received the cabinet but there were two of them. They are nearly $1000 a piece and weigh about 150 lbs. It arrived on a skid from Fed Express Freight.  I have tried for over a week to get someone to return this item. I have been told that you only ship Fed Express Ground which does not pick up large heavy objects. Dell will do nothing to help me. They have said they would call back and do not. They also have hung up on me several times. I have this stuck in my garage for over a week and it will cost me over $500 to have it shipped. Can someone please help me fix this use. URGENT.
