Dell Warranty Rejection

Dear Dell Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the warranty transfer for 1 unit of Dell R3930 server (Serial Number: <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>).

The seller informed us that they have been trying to resolve this since April, but without success. They shared with us the attached email screenshot from Dell, which states: “Trade Compliance has cancelled the request.”

Could you please clarify the situation and advise us on the next steps to successfully complete the warranty transfer? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated.
