Dell Unclaimed Property Letter

I recently received a letter about money owed to me from the Unclaimed Property Dept at One Dell Way in Round Rock, TX. 

I sent the letter back within the 14 days as stated in the letter, but I haven't heard anything since.

Is there someone I can talk to or contact to see the status of this letter??
