Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. I am your Dell-Cares contact for order related queries. Unfortunately, our customer service is currently unavailable. We are available Monday through Friday. Please reach out to us on any of these days and we will be glad to assist you. Thanks for being a loyal Dell Technologies customer.
I received a product that does not include certain features as advertised — specifically, the absence of fingerprint and PIN sign-in options. Moreover, the laptop does not come with international warranty, despite being advertised and promised as having one.
In order to avail the international warranty, I was informed that I need to upgrade the Dell Support Plan from Basic to Premium. Unfortunately, Dell Customer Care in the UAE has not been supportive in providing me with a quotation for this upgrade. Additionally, I have not received any response through my online account either.
Please start your own thread with your concerns/problems, and contact the seller, comparing and contrasting their advert/promised specification with that actually delivered/received.

Hi
Any particular region/country?
For Dell technical support, the appropriate email address varies by region and language. Here are some key email contacts:
For Europe, Middle East, and Africa (English support): emea_sl_online_en@dell.com (Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 CET, Monday-Friday)
For U.S. and Canada (Premier Support): premier@dell.com (Hours: 07:30 - 17:30 CST, Monday-Friday)
For Brazil: premier_br@dell.com
For Latin America: premier_la@dell.com
For Asia Pacific & Japan (English): APJ_Premier_Helpdesk@dell.com
For China (Chinese language): CHK_Premier_Helpdesk@dell.com
For Japan (Japanese language): JP_Premier_Helpdesk@dell.com
but they not be what you actually need.
Do you have a specific fault or problem with a DELL device?
