Dell TechDirect error - Email domain is not in your company's allowed list

Hi all,

I was trying to log in to TechDirect to update my self-dispatch authorizations as I got an email they were expiring in 30 days.  After logging in, I got the following error:

It looks like you have updated your email to [my email address] on Dell.com. This email domain is not in your company's allowable domain list. To continue using TechDirect with your new email, contact your company admin(s) to have them add it to the allowed domain list.

There are currently no active company admins listed for your company please use Contact us to request assistance.

My account should already be a company admin on file.  Using the Contact Us link seems to stall as the form spins its wheels and doesn't let me choose Services of Subject, so I cannot send a message. Any support would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting, so it might be larger bug.  I'm also experiencing this, along with my techs.

We are also seeing this issue with our account login. We are with the State of South Carolina, is there any ETA on when this will be resolved?

Thank you.

I think this page is working now. I seem to be able to get back to the self-dispatch page and dashboard.
