Dell shipping issue, onsite tech complaint

Several experiences from Dell India are forcing me to write this. Once I bought a Dell Inspiron with higher specs and they shipped the package with full of bird droppings and other animal droppings and it looks literally disgusting. When I enquired about this they simply said they’re not aware of any such thing and they only ship perfect boxes. Even I shared the pictures with them they ignored it.
 
Another incident is of a Latitude 3510 bought from Dell India with higher specs for business purpose stopped working exactly on the warranty expiration date. The keyboard keys stopped working, battery performance degradation and so on. I paid for to replace these and for that I have to wait for an engineer which they couldn’t assign on time. Then came the real fun. They send two freshers without having much experience and they some how replaced these parts and left. Next day onward my laptop started freezing immediately after login and I stopped using it. If I would have bought a MacBook Pro or some other high end brands it would have returned some value for the amount of money I spend on this higher specs laptop from Dell
