I had a terrible experience with the Dell Service Centre in Darbhanga. I gave my laptop for repair due to issues with the power supply and speaker, but they failed to fix either of the problems. On top of that, they falsely claimed that my charger was faulty, even though it had been working perfectly before I handed over the device. What made the experience even worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of their customer care staff. Both I and my brother were spoken to in a very disrespectful manner, which is completely unacceptable from an authorized service center. There was no proper diagnosis, no clear explanation, and definitely no professional behavior. I am extremely disappointed. Dell should seriously take action and review the service quality and staff behavior at this location.
