Dell Rewards says it's locked to Canada despite only ever buying in the United States.

My account has only ever bought anything in the US and have been enrolled in Dell Rewards for quite a long time. However, now it says my Dell Rewards Account is Canadian.  Is there anyway to switch the region of my Dell Rewards account back to the United States?
