Dell Rewards not being refunded after cancelled order
Hi,
I had to cancel an order immediately after placing it on Thursday evening because there was a problem with my payment method (PayPal). I figured I could just cancel and reorder since changing payment methods didn't seem to be an option.
A majority of the order was paid with Dell Rewards ($158) though and unfortunately those rewards have not been refunded to my account, so I can't replace my order (which I need to do asap since I have no idea how long the item will be on sale or available).
Can you please assist with getting the rewards refunded? I spoke with somebody yesterday and they told me it should be within 24 hours of cancellation (as the website also seems to indicate), but this is clearly not the case since it's been over a day.

@DELL-Cares Bumping this back up after the weekend since I haven't received a response yet (or the rewards back).
