Dell Rewards Not Available, Want to Change to a Different Country

I accidentally made my Dell Rewards account on the US page, and I don't know how to change it to the Canadian page.

It just says:

You are a Dell Rewards member of US region or country. Your Rewards will not be applicable in this country or region you logged in.
