Dell Rewards considered redeemed but order not completed

I added a monitor to basket and applied my Dell Rewards balance, but then changed my mind and deleted item from basket.

The Dell Rewards balance is now considered redeemed and no longer available, as it has been moved to "Total rewards redeemed to date" section.  Is it possible to get balance restored, as no purchase was made?

I have exactly the same issue. £75 showing as redeemed when I haven't actually bought anything. You would think if the order wasn't completed it would go back into your account or not actually remove the amount until an order is place.

Imagine having a company this large in 2026 and not being able to provide weekend support.

I have the same issue... Called customer service and they said that they will call me back because they cannot access the rewards system. 

Unfortunately, I doubt they will call me back as they havent previously.
