Dell rewarded coupons only redeemable in USA, Customer Care not helping at all

I purchased an Alienware 18 Area 51 in India and registered the product with my email ID. Soon after, Dell sent me $40 worth of coupons:

i. $10 credited to my Dell account.
ii. A $30 coupon for GoNift.

However, both of these are completely unusable for me, as they are valid only in the USA.

When I access the Dell USA website, I see rewards, but the moment I switch to the India site, no such rewards are available. This effectively means that although I am an Indian customer who purchased in India, I cannot actually redeem the benefits that Dell claims to provide.

I request Dell to convert these coupons into their Indian equivalent so that I can use them in my country.

I have already emailed and contacted customer care multiple times, but instead of solving the issue, I have only been made to run from pillar to post. This reflects extremely poor customer service on Dell’s part. It feels as if once the payment is taken, Dell forgets the customer and refuses to provide genuine support.
