Dell Pro Max Desktop ordered on June 5th - no movement and was told due to processing hold. Need resolving ASAP

I ordered a high end Dell Pro Max desktop on June 5th and sees no movement with the order whatsoever. Chatted with customer service and they told me it is on a processing hold. This is quite disappointing that I had to follow up to find out the reason why nothing is happening. 

Also, the price of the unit went up since I placed the order and will Dell honor my lower price in the event if the order had to be cancelled and re-ordered?

Processing hold usually means a payment issue - contact your payment provider.  If the order is canceled, no - the price will revert to whatever is current when you re-order -- that can be higher (or lower) than it was originally.

@ejn63​ That stinks. I called my bank the payment is cleared and pending. Dell messed up and emailed me saying the order needs to be cancelled and re-ordered. I will escalate this so they honor my original price.
