Dell Pay

The service uses Commidity Bank for servicing and and I have never seen a bank operate with such unprofessional attitudes. I purchased a new PC and took advantage of their 12 month no interest plan. I have a very high credit score and didn't need the financing but money for free use seemed to be a good deal. I made every payment on time as agreed mostly in advance until now, the last $100 payment and I started getting threatening emails about a missed payment and now interest charges suggesting I could use my tax return for payment? I called them after getting multiple communications and pulled the cancelled check to prove payment they must have credited to some other account. They only demanded a payment almost like they can't hear or read. I finally asked for a supervisor which I was disconnected from twice to get there and He told me they would send a letter to resolve this yet still claiming they didn't receive payment even though the check stamped as their deposit clearly shows. Today is Sunday and the entire day they have called, texted, and emailed all day. All over a $100  payment with a clean payment history. I hold DELL responsible as they control these people!
