Dell Online Ordering & Customer Service – Poor Experience

It took me two attempts just to get my laptop order processed without it being placed on hold or canceled. When I finally received the laptop and ordered accessories, those orders were also placed on hold. After three separate attempts just to get a backpack and mouse, Dell made it feel like pulling teeth to order anything.

Buying online in this day and age should not be this difficult. Add to that the frustrating runaround of trying to reach someone on the phone, and it’s clear Dell has lost me as a customer. I’ll also be returning the laptop.
