Dell not honoring onsite support agreement

I have laptop which had issue with sound so after 3-4 weeks struggle Dell sent someone onsite to repair it but post that camera stopped working and when we are following up we were told to send laptop for mail depot repair although I have paid onsite support with next business day support for 3 years . What happened to Dell that they stoop down to such level which discourages for future order with dell
