Dell monitor, technical support complaint

I have bought a Dell monitor. I bought it online through dell official website. Now its not working since I am unable to do the necessary setting to it. For this issue I called multiple times to Dell technical support team but never get the solution. The technical support team is so rude and don't want to take the responsibility. They keep on transferring my call to the next team in a circle by telling that this is not their team isuue. Everyone behave like as if they work for their own team only not for Dell. I have issue with my monitor which I purchased recently having 5 years of warranty, and I am connecting it with my dell laptop (which is older). The monitor team neither able to solve the issue nor takes the help of system for solution. Monitor team put my call on random que for system team where they denie to solve issue by telling this is not our team issue. Complety frustrated after purchasing it online. The technical support people are so rude besides identifying the issue keep on repeating there own policy.

Pathetic Experience.!

Never expected this behaviour from Dell.

Complety Disappointed.

This is to update for the my issue.

I get connected with the higher authority of the dell care and they  have resolved my issue. However it tested my patience before i contacted with this advance resolution team to get the issue resolved.

The technical support people straight forwardly denied on my face that they can't help with the issue.

Rather solving the isuue they kept on me on the que for the next team arround for 2 and half hour.It was so frustrating experience over the call
