Dell monitor return, goes blank randomly

I have purchased it from Dell.com (store.Dell.com). But when I called for issue within just 8 days of purchase they are saying, "you have not purchased it from Dell. Its sold to "Sanwaria texpro private limited". I have given the email which is used while purchasing but they want official email id from where I can make email of some third party which delivers Dell monitor on behalf of Dell. And that service person disconnected the call saying I cant help without that. I have sent email to return the monitor, next day I got currier company person on door to pickup the monitor but no official email or reply from DELL. Who is going to refund? There is no proper monitor return policy.  MONITOR HAS TWO MAJOR ISSUES, You can't turn off USB-C power that results in BIOS warning on Dell LAPTOP and prevents booting. and You have to buy HDMI cable to solve this issue. After that another thing is observed Monitor Goes Randomly Blank.

Why Dell support team needs hours of time to answer single question, "How to turn off USB-C charging on monitor?". When called they ask tons of questions. Why don't you have centralized database by just asking order number or email you should get the all the required detail. I will not waste my time on it to get the support. Your AI takes 30 to 45 mins asking tons of questions then human operator starts asking meaning less questions for next 20 to 30 mins.

That supplier is not Dell, nor is it store.dell.com. It's dellstore.com.  You purchased the monitor from a third party reseller, so any return privileges you have are subject to their policies - not Dell's.

If the service tag or warranty is in question, contact your seller.  If nothing satisfactory is forthcoming, and you can return the item, do so and purchase direct from Dell.
