Dell laptop power on issue

I given my laptop in Dell service centre on 2nd July 2025 on the issue of no power. On the next day I got message from the dell as "your laptop service is done and you can collect it from the service centre" but when I reach the service centre the service person saying that your laptop is not serviced yet it got an another issue so I just sayed ok from 02nd july now  it is 10th july it is in the same condition when ever I ask them they are saying the issue is not solved please wait.... So please check with the issue dear dell team and please update the appropriate information on the issue the service centr.
