DELL KM3322W Keyboard & Mouse Combo, Anti-fade & Spill-resistant Keys Wireless Multi-device Keyboard

I have purchased this from Flipkart but it within 2 months it's mouse get lagging and freezing so I replaced with new battery again within 2 months it start to again freeze . So I think it mouse has some problem as I have been kept it off when not in used still battery get drain within 2months . What should I do. (Domestic warranty 3 years showing on product)
