Dell is not helping me for a package that hasn't arrived
This is insane!! Asking for information in the most difficult way (no links, vague communication access, sounds like you're setting up all of your customers to be ripped off).

I've spent way too long with this same problem. There is no transparency and i have yet to be able to speak with one customer support agent. In other words, one must not exist. The online process gives me a phone number and every time i call it hangs up on me after telling me to go through the online website which sends me right back to the phone number that hangs up on me! NOBODY EVEN ANSWERS IT AND IT IS AUTOMATED TO HANG UP!!
There is no online prompt for a package that hasn't arrived. How can they get away with this?? I've tried calling at all hours of the day! Total Scam!!!
