Dell is lacking a lot.

I just spent $600.00 on a new printer. I contacted customer service via chat to find out about a Dell Tech coming to my home to set up the new printer to the Dell Computer I have. No deal. They will not do it as it is not a Dell Printer. The customer service rep. bordered on being rude to me when I asked for a contact number to call Dell for further explanation on why. He would not give me any contact information, he just kept telling me he was through with the conversation and that I would have to call the company that made the printer. Dell should be ashamed of themselves first for just BAD customer service, and second for not helping with the setup of a product purchased from them. I will remember when I buy any new products.

@DELL-Cares​ I have not received any message. Let us just leave it like it is. I no longer wish to do business with Dell. Mess with me once never again.
