Dell is dishonest and borderline thieves.

I recently got a ~$1200 ultrasharp monitor and has dead pixels. Going on ~8 weeks of arguing with dell. Initially said they would replace it but then reneged. Fake escalation and lies.We are paying Dell only to be treated poorly. Completely unprofessional too. They do not return calls or follow up at all. The bulk of the tech support staff could be replaced by chatbots.

Your advanced resolution is worthless and could be replaced by chatbots.  How is regurgitating the same policy over and over resolving anything?

The dell of 2025 = forcing paying customers for expensive products that somehow made it through QA/QC (which likely doesn't even exist anymore) JUST SHIP IT!!!  profiteering dinguses.

The only thing that matters is profits to investors.  Customers are secondary to this.  What a joke.  Back your products dell, especially if you're not going to do real quality control.
