Dell Downhill

I Ordered a dell laptop On 21st July, received around the 27th.The network adaptor kept dropping the WIFI and had to be restarted on a regular basis.

Via chat an engineer updated drivers although during updates it continually dropped out. Also afterwards it kept dropping out whilst doing updates and all the problems you cam expect followed.

When contacting by phone to customer service they were less than helpful saying it was past the 14 day deadline, but reluctantly said they would receive it back after taking photos etc. and said they would contact me on3 working days,  this was on 7th August an to date 18th August still no reply after many chases.

I have had Dell for as long as I remember and in fact run 3 and have bought many for my business. The company I knew made solid machines and renowned for service, NOT ANY MORE!

I never thought I would see the day when I had to resort to buy from Curry's another brand.

What on earth has happened to this company, nothing worse than being totally ignored
