Dell courier DP World is useless

I am writing to escalate a deeply frustrating and wholly unacceptable experience regarding my recent Dell orders.

• Pathetic delivery service: your chosen delivery partner (DP world) provided no tracking visibility and falsely claimed that delivery was attempted. I was at home all day, yet they recorded a failed delivery. This is not a simple mistake; it is a blatant lie that forced me to cancel office plans and waste an entire day waiting.

• Abysmal customer support: after numerous calls, your DP World contacts bounced me between multiple offices and international numbers without resolution. Your sales support agent admitted being “helpless” and could not even offer a delivery window, only telling me to “wait until 7 PM.”. Your automated customer care system provides no access to a human agent who can actually fix the problem.

• Zero accountability: throughout this ordeal I have encountered evasiveness and misinformation instead of transparency. For a premium priced product, this level of incompetence is utterly embarrassing for a company of Dell’s stature. I have never experienced such a disastrous combination of poor logistics and non‑existent customer care.

This must be resolved immediately. I demand:

1. Immediate, accurate confirmation of when my orders will be delivered.

2. A clear explanation for the false delivery attempt and misinformation.

3. A direct, accountable contact who will take ownership of this issue and ensure it is resolved without further delay.

I expect a prompt resolution and a serious review of your delivery and support processes.  I am prepared to pursue further escalation if this matter is not addressed satisfactorily.
