Dell courier DP World is useless, #2

I have the same problem. 

After a series of wrong informations for about two weeks and helpless answers from Dell Customer Service about attempted deliveries DP World even claimed the delivery had been successful. Which is a lie. There was of course no proof of delivery, the provided page leads to an error page.

This carrier is more than unreliable, it's fraudulent.

I demand immediate new sending of my order (as the initially sent goods are either lost or stolen by the carrier).
