Dell Concierge Calls

I have begun receiving calls from "Dell Concierge" trying to get me to download software that the caller says I have already paid for.  The caller is extremely difficult to understand and I have told him that I will not download anything at all until I have a chance to check into things.  It is impossible to understand everything that is being said and since I already have an extended warrenty on my computer I do not see why I need something else.  The caller states that the software will make it "easier" to solve problems on my computer. 

I will not be downloading and have joined this site in order to get more information about the Concierge.   Comments?
