Dell Cash not showing up in account

Question

I had £210 of Dell Cash in my account which disappeared from my account. The Dell Rewards page said that the Dell Cash did not expire, but it has disappeared.

I added some more Dell Cash to my account to double check I wasn't mistaken, and it still says that it does not expire.

@arghness I saw your question on my post and no, DELL-Cares sadly never got back to me. I have had and still have 'No cash expiring', but I assume there is secretly an expiry date ;-)
