Dell Canada complaint, no interest free for a year like in USA

I was asked to comment on my recent purchase, but was given no opportunity to do so besides picking a small star rating. USA get interest free ways to pay for up to a year. Dell Canada discontinuing the same service totally. You claim to not be able to make it work in Canada, but can clearly do so in the USA. It’s not as if there wasn’t a massive outcry from Canadians when you first stopped this well regarded policy in Canada only. You think Canadians need an excuse to find Canadian suppliers to assemble Computer components for them into a Computer rather than going to USA?  You’ve certainly gone far, far out of your way here to provide one.
