Dell and their Technicians

It had been crazy times coordinating 1 - 1 hour calls remote access, tech person visiting and not resolving. 

Been a year, the windows asking update. and when given steps half things are incorrect. 

Tech team calls and holds up.. 

Response is rubbish. 

Technician to ask come and do they don’t want to. 

When he came, he was himself cribbing about Dell complaints. 

What kind of service?!! such a blunder buying this piece.
