Dell Alienware Monitor NIGHTMARE
The 3 year warranty is cute but not actually something they follow. I have reported to the BBB that I purchased an Alienware monitor that stopped working after 30 days exactly yesterday on July 15 after having purchased from Best Buy on June 15. I called customer service and told me I have no warranty. How!? It states it clearly online that I have a 3 YEAR WARRANTY, but when I call about a replacement I get sent to another department or hung up on! Make this right!
From a not so happy customer,
Yailyn S
ps check your emails I reported you guys to the BBB for not honoring your warranty, and from seeing posts online and tik tok I can see I'm not the only one who shares this horrible experience.

You need to register the monitor for purchases other than from Dell.

@ejn63 thank you for your reply. My product is registered. My issue is getting customer service to stop transferring me and hanging up once I get to the "right" person. It's a complete run around. I have been at this since 8:00 am since I woke up today and it's 10:41am now. Not to mention my conversations with support yesterday for 40 minutes with no resolution. I appreciate your attempt to help me. Looks like I will continue pushing Dell for answers.
