Delivery Issue

Dear Dell Customer Care Team,
I am writing to report a critical delivery issue with my recent order and request your immediate assistance in resolving this matter.

- Expected Delivery Date: July 15, 2025
Issue Summary: Despite the promised delivery date of July 15, 2025, my order has not been delivered. Upon contacting Dell Customer Service, I was informed that the package was shipped and assigned BlueDart tracking ID: . However, there appears to be a significant discrepancy in the shipping information.
Current Status:
- BlueDart tracking shows the shipment has been stationed at Lake Area Nungambakkam since July 14, 2025 (screenshot attached)
- When I contacted BlueDart directly, their team confirmed that the shipment was never handed over to them and the AWB number appears to be pre-generated (email correspondence attached)
This conflicting information suggests a breakdown in the shipping process, and I am unable to determine the actual location or status of my order.
Request for Action: Given the urgency of this matter and the substantial investment involved, I kindly request your immediate intervention to:
- Investigate the actual status and location of my shipment
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure proper handover to BlueDart
- Provide an accurate delivery timeline with regular updates
- Escalate this issue to ensure expedited resolution
