Delivery date today, no tracking info available

Dell,

Please can you help me track my order which the Dell website says is due for delivery today, but the DPWorld tracking had no information at all. I've taken leave to stay home from work today for this delivery, very frustrating 

Can't seem to DM Dell-Cares, no option seen.
