Delivery Date Changed Twice, but Status Still Shows Order Confirmed

The original delivery date was April 9, but it was changed to April 11 after I spoke with a customer service agent. However, the order was not delivered on that date. I contacted customer care again, and the delivery date was updated to April 15. Despite these changes, the order status still shows "Order Confirmed," with no further updates.
Could you please help me understand what's going on with my order?

Hi @DELL-Cares ,
I placed an order with a 500W power supply on April 6 <Private data removed from public view. DELL-Admin>
for my power supply replacement on my Dell desktop, and the constant shifting of delivery dates without any clear updates has been extremely frustrating even if I reached out to customer service in chat and phone call multiple times to talk about this matter.
The delivery date has now changed four times, and I haven’t received any clear explanation for the delays:
This has been a very disappointing customer experience—unlike anything I’ve encountered before.
Is this really how Dell treats its customers? I’m now seriously considering canceling my order after experiencing this.
