delivery confusion, Dell and DP World
Hi,
Anyone know how to track the correct delivery please? Dell site says 25 July, DP World says 28 July but they have not updated this for a week! Says they dont even have the item yet. How do I find out for sure? Any ideas? I need to know whether to work from home in case it doees arrive but I have no way of correctly tracking this. I cannot get through to Dell or DP to check anything so if someone could please point me in the right direction please. Ordered on 16 July. Absolutely no updates from DP World on the link. It stated delivery estimate 28 July but it's frustrating as I need to make sure I organise to work from home for the delivery

Same problem, although the tracking site isn't working at all for me so I have no clue what is going on. Ordered PC on 15 July, Dell site said it shipped on 16 July and gave me an estimated delivery date of 21 July. That date passed and now the Dell site says 'delivery date pending'.
It's really frustrating in this day and age when even the smallest retailer is able to provide an accurate tracking system and a delivery date. Why can't Dell?
If I'd realised what a shocking reputation Dell has for customer service and delivery details I would not have purchased from them.

@Grumbledook Its insane really , especially the prices paid for these. My son loves them though and to be honest, the last one lasted 8 years and only now needs replacing as it's too dated.
Fingers crossed all well and worth the agro of delivery
