delay in the repair of my laptop

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delay in the repair of my laptop, which I submitted to your service center on 24th April 2025 under service request number <Your private information was removed from public view. DELL-Admin>. At the time of submission, I was informed that the repair would take approximately 2 to 3 working days. However, it has now been over 6 days, and I have not received any satisfactory update regarding the status of the repair. This delay has caused me considerable inconvenience, as I rely on my laptop for important work. I kindly request that you expedite the repair process and provide a clear update on the status of the service. Please treat this matter as urgent and ensure that I receive my device at the earliest.
