Dear order discouragment department

It has taken a month just to get the order placed. I have little confidence my order will show up. This is the third time I placed an order for these desktops. My server orders were harder than usual but compared to the desktops they were a breeze. It has been ridiculous ordering 4 desktops. After a month and two different Dell inside salespeople I have received one computer I was informed for the second time that they canceled the rest of the order. The first time they cancelled the entire order they didn’t even bother to notify me. I spend literally hours calling to get through to a person to find that out. At least this time they let me know three weeks into the order they were canceling the balance of it. I placed a new order ($60 more per machine) today. I wonder if I will get them.
