Customer Support, constantly dropping calls, lying to resolve issue
I've been calling to release a hold on my account for the past 3 days and they do not help. Either they drop the call, lie just to resolve it quicker, or send me in a loop of irrelevant lines just to send me back to their end.
I'm trying to send my computer for warranty repairs but cannot because of the account on hold. I cannot use this warranty that I spent money on and it's frustrating me so much because of their horrible customer service.
If I can receive help here instead of spending another whole day calling, please help me.

I just called asking for compatibility of upgraded WiFi adapter for my XPS 8900. sales person said I need to talk to technical support and instead transferred me to operator. Operator sent me back to sales person. Sales person was not sure how to help asking for 5 minutes and will call me back. 38 min later nobody calls back. Felt like a soccer ball.
