Customer Care - thats a joke
I have purchased a laptop that was advertised as next day delivery, only to be notified after 1) payment has been taken (of course) & 2) the expected delivery date, that it will in fact be 10 days AFTER this date.
This is the second time this has happened and i have only ordered twice. So i am now sceptical that this service even exists.
This is bad enough but then you try to talk to someone and no matter what avenue you try to take (calling / online chat / contact us) you are told to "check online"
Going round in circles only increases the frustration and takes up time i don't have (& shouldn't have to find)
I can't remember the last time i had such poor service and for a product that is not insignificant in value. But reading the boards on here it would seem i am not the only one that has issues
Definitely won't be purchasing from Dell directly again
